This policy explains what personal information Atasof AI collects through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our book-a-demo form, our revenue audit form, or otherwise contact us, we collect:
- Your name and the business you represent.
- Your phone number and email address.
- Business details you provide: industry, monthly inquiry volume, call volume, ad spend, and the operational bottlenecks you describe.
- Any message or notes you add when you reach out to us directly.
We also collect limited technical data automatically through analytics (see section 06): pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as financial account numbers or health details through these forms.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Contact you about the audit or demo you requested.
- Qualify your business and prepare a relevant recommendation before a strategy call.
- Follow up with you about working together, including by phone, email, and SMS.
- Improve our website and the way we explain our services.
Some of this follow-up is automated. We may use automated voice and SMS systems to reach out, confirm details, or schedule a call. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will (see section 07).
Why we are allowed to use it
When you submit a form or message us, you are giving us your consent to contact you about your request and our services. We also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inbound business inquiries and running our business responsibly.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you do, we will stop using your information for marketing and follow-up, subject to any records we are required to keep.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and afterward only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal reasons.
When your information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 07).
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you.
- Withdraw your consent to our use of your information.
- Lodge a complaint with the appropriate privacy regulator.

How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access, using the security measures provided by our hosting, CRM, and communication partners. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here, so it is worth checking back from time to time.
